In 2006, Sébastien Poly inherited the four hectares of vines belonging to his grandfather. Situated in Serra di Ferro, in the granite valley of Taravo, the estate boasts a splendid winegrowing heritage for which Sébastien passes on all his personality. His wines have no chemical additives (no yeast, no filters, no sulphites), but they are beautifully balanced. Dense and fleshy, they impress above all with their finesse and powdery tannins. The wines are elegant and easy to digest, perfectly embodying the charm of this southern region.
