The visit of this place, very modern, allows you to enter in a world of details so as to understand the evolution of a territory through its know-how and its resources. The aim is also to explain how Man managed to tame its environment and took benefit from its animal resource, evolution with time and techniques. The journey of initiation will be proposed to the visitors who will be between the beliefs of pork, its specificities, the gestures associated with the treatment of this animal, King or God of a community.

He goes through 3 steps : an immersive show which brings visitors on a journey of initiation to discover an unknown world: an invitation to participate for interactivity thanks to screens, animations with elements to manipulate. Everything is adapted according to the audience.
There are 3 rooms for this journey of initiation:
– Pedagogical space which introduces the animal, from its origins to the food and many races: Large, White, Duroc, Porcu Nustrale, the breeding techniques and its food.
– The room for children thanks to different pedagogical supports, make understanding the youngest, the steps of making and he could play with tools of purcaghju.
– The room for an immersive show in which the visitor could follow the origin of the introduction of pork in History, mythology and insular beliefs. A dream-like movie show will be broadcast, telling the mythology of pork, the traditional know-how and the current technique.
3 screens explain 3 steps of pork : the Tumbera (traditional and modern), the cut, the embossing, drying and smoking.
