Located on the D26 departmental road in the village of Azilone-Ampaza, the Azilone mill achieves a compromise between tradition and modernity. Indeed, as in the old days, grinding is carried out using 2 huge granite millstones.

The Azilone mill specializes in the production of olive oil, chestnut flour and biscuits.

The shop is open all year round, possibility to visit the mill & production on request.
