wine estate – Clos Ornasca

Located 10 minutes from Porticcio, Clos Ornasca is part of the AOP Ajaccio.

Founded in 1995 by the passion of Vincent Tolla, in a few years he restructured a traditional quality vineyard on almost 10 hectares and passed on his passion to his daughter Laetitia.

"In 1999, I took over the family business, before joining forces with Jean-Antoine, my partner, when my father died prematurely in 2001. Concerned about preserving the wonderful heritage of our Isle of Beauty, we are committed to practice sustainable agriculture. Since 2017, it is with rigor and passion that we have begun a conversion to put organic at the heart of our production. As winegrowers, people and the environment are at the center of our concerns. Since then the 2020 vintage, we are certified in organic farming by ECOCERT.

In 2018, almost 20 years after taking over the reins of the family estate, we saw our work rewarded by the Hachette Guide which named me winemaker of the year. One of the youngest vineyards in the region, Clos Ornasca continues to grow and assert itself. It now covers nearly 13 hectares of land and makes us proud every day."
