A Bona Stella is a traditional, family-style restaurant in Porticcio. Well-educated in good taste by her grandmother in Corsican cuisine, Laurence draws her recipes from Corsican tradition, but delights in creation by inventing her very own recipes: the “Bona Stella” Veal, veal meatballs stuffed with brocciu that require three different cookings and served with penne, tomato sauce and Corsican tome cheese.
