Winery – Vaccelli ( Stillicionu)

Since 1961, the Courrèges family has been working the granite terroir of the Taravo valley. Later, Alain Courrèges’s son Gérard took over responsibility for vinification and showed the full extent of his talent. The range is varied and the wines are available in all three colours. There are the fruity, accessible cuvées of the estate, followed by the Granit cuvées, selections of terroir and new plots, including the exceptional 174. The richness of the range and the elegance and precision of the wines place the estate among the small elite of Corsican winegrowing. Organic certification is underway and major work is planned in the winery.
