45 minutes , follow D55 then T40, to Cauro. Take D83 to Sainte -Marie -Sicché, then take D183 follow it to the village. The village of Quasquara situated 744 meters of altitude offers an amazing view on the valley of Ornano and Taravo to the Gulf of Porto-Pollo. The main part of the commune is covered by chestnut trees, Quasquara is known for breeding of pig, its excellent cold meat and chestnut flour.
You find many chestnut drying houses and bread ovens dated from 1871.
The church Saint-Pierre -Saint- Paul has some nice treasures, with a wooden and polychrome Christ from the XVII th century and a painting of Apollon and Marsyas of the same era.
